I’m Jaganathan Chelliah, a marketing-and-sales leader with 27 years of experience building both B2B and B2C businesses for some of the world’s most respected technology brands—Intel, Texas Instruments, SanDisk and Western Digital. From Homes to SMB offices to Large Enterprises, I have shown the same rigor for crafting insight led marketing strategies and the same passion for storytelling to win the hearts of home consumers, the confidence of SMB owners and trust of CIOs alike. My career has taken me across India, the Middle East, Turkey, Israel and Africa where I have led multicultural teams, translated data into actionable strategy and delivered award-winning, high-ROI marketing campaigns. My years as a successful sales leader at Intel and Texas Instruments has enabled me to strategize and scale initiatives for achieving both short term and long-term business goals.

Whether it was turning SanDisk into a leader in portable SSDs, rallying a passionate gaming community around WD_BLACK or shaping an enterprise narrative for ULTRASTAR Brand, I’ve consistently aligned insights with innovation for maximum impact
Building Resilient and Purpose-led Teams
I believe that a team’s success is built on a culture of collaboration within and with their stakeholders. My leadership style centres on creating environments where ideas clash constructively, data is the common language, and learning is a daily pursuit. From assembling the startup team for Texas Instruments’ Education Technology division to leading Western Digital’s IMEA regional marketing team that won the “Marketing Team of the Year” at The Economic Times Tech Marketeers Conference 2023, I’ve had the privilege of nurturing multicultural, cross-functional teams that have consistently broken new ground.
Setting a Global Benchmark for Marketing Innovation
At Western Digital, I transformed IMEA marketing into a global benchmark for marketing excellence. We developed a multi-modal GTM engine to deliver ATL and BTL campaigns across more than 30 countries, embedding efficiency and scale into the very core of our strategy. In fact, several digital campaigns and marketing innovations were designed in India for global rollout, including World Back Up Day, the WD_Black Brand Campaign, the SanDisk Portable SSD and WD Purple 10th Anniversary celebrations.
Establishing a Global Creative Development Hub in India
After 5+ years of persistence, the world class marketing action and business results of IMEA region enabled me to gain the trust & conviction of Western Digital’s global CXO team to take a big decision. This is to establish Western Digital’s Global Hub for Creative & Content Development, a mini GCC for marketing, in India. I set up an inhouse creative and design team that is serving as a hub to develop global creative strategy for all product brands, messaging, packaging and communication campaigns for marketing initiatives to be run across all geographies & channels.
